Product Description

High precision digital temperature controller module For Arduino

Product features:

1. Heating mode 'H':

 

 

When the detection temperature is ≤ the set temperature - return temperature difference, the relay conducts and the heating equipment starts working;

 

When the detection temperature is ≥ the set temperature, the relay will disconnect and the heating equipment will stop working;

 

2. Refrigeration mode 'C':

 

When the detection temperature is ≥ the set temperature+return temperature, the relay conducts and the refrigeration equipment starts working;

 

When the detection temperature is ≤ the set temperature, the relay will disconnect and the refrigeration equipment will stop working;

 

3. High temperature alarm function ALA:

 

When the actual temperature is ≥ the alarm temperature, the system will activate the sound and light alarm, disconnect the relay, and any key will stop the sound and light;

 

4. Delayed start of OPH:

 

After completing a normal heating or cooling operation, the system starts timing T. Only when T ≥ OPH can the system proceed to the next round of heating or cooling operation;

 

5. Temperature correction function OFE (-10.0~10.0 ):

 

If the system works for a long time, there may be deviations. By using this function to correct, the actual temperature=measured temperature+calibration value;

 

6. Remote parameter reading/setting:

 

Parameters such as start temperature, stop temperature, and temperature correction can be set through UART;

 

7. Real time temperature reporting:

 

If the temperature reporting function is enabled, the product will transmit the detected temperature to the terminal through UART at 1-second intervals for easy data collection;

 

8. Relay enable (default on):

 

If the relay is turned off and enabled, the relay remains disconnected;

 

9. Restore factory settings:

 

Press the STOP and SET keys simultaneously for more than 3 seconds to restore factory settings;

 

 

Working mode/Setting temperature/Differential temperature setting:

 

1. In the running interface, short press the SET key to enter the quick settings interface;

 

2. After entering the quick setting interface, switch the parameters to be set (working mode/set temperature/return temperature) by short pressing the SET key;

 

3. By pressing the UP DOWN key, modify the parameter values and support short/long pressing;

 

4. Long press SET for more than 3 seconds or continuously for 6 seconds without any button operation, exit the quick setting interface, and save the parameters;

 

Alarm temperature/Delay start setting/Temperature correction:

 

1. On the running interface, press and hold SET for more than 3 seconds to enter the parameter setting interface;

 

2. After entering the parameter setting interface, short press the SET key to switch to the desired parameters (alarm temperature/delay start setting/temperature correction);

 

3. By pressing the UP DOWN key, modify the parameter values and support short/long pressing;

 

4. Press and hold SET for more than 3 seconds or continuously for 6 seconds without any button operation, exit the parameter setting interface, and save the parameters;

 

 

How to turn on the high temperature alarm (default off):

Enter the parameter setting interface, switch to the alarm parameter ALA interface, and turn on or off the high temperature alarm function by short pressing the STOP key; If the high temperature alarm function is turned off, AL
